Good for: Giving an agent one place to check a business's real facts. Not good for: Replacing a website. It's not built for a browsing person at all.

An Echo is the smaller, sharper set of facts that gate a real decision, availability, constraints, terms, connected to the business's own systems so they stay current, not a copy of a website or a marketing description. Selfe builds and keeps an Echo current for every business it connects; a person never edits it directly the way they'd edit a page, because it's meant to reflect what's true, not what reads well.
