What counts as a verified fact?
A fact an AI agent can trust because it traces back to a real source, a business's own booking system, a supplier feed, a confirmed document, rather than to unverified marketing copy or a crawled page.

Not every true statement counts the same. A claim taken from a business's own live PMS or stock system carries more weight than the same claim taken from a paragraph on a website, because the first one is checkable against a system of record and the second is just prose someone wrote. An agent deciding whether to recommend or book something weighs facts this way whether or not a business realises it's happening, which is why where a fact comes from matters as much as whether it's true.
