Terms of service

By using Selfe you agree to these terms. Selfe is provided by Yond Group LTD (“we”, “us”). The service is offered as-is during early access. We may update, add, or change features as the product matures.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information your venue provides to Selfe and for any actions taken on the back of it. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not train shared models on your data.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms. Either party may end the arrangement on reasonable notice; on termination, your data is exportable and ours to delete.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy

We collect what we need to run the service: account details (name, email, role, organisation), the venue information you give us, signals from the integrations you connect, and basic usage data (logs, device, IP) for security and reliability.

We use this to provide and improve the service, to keep it secure, to bill you, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your data. We share data only with processors we use to run the service (hosting, analytics, email, payments), under written contracts, and only as needed.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to export it, or to delete it. Reach us at hello@selfe.ai. We respond within thirty days. You can complain to the ICO if you think we have got something wrong.

We keep data only as long as we need it to run the service or to meet legal obligations. Backups are rotated on a rolling basis and deleted in due course.
