What is a Wallet, in the Selfe sense?

The record of what a specific AI agent is currently authorised to spend, on whose behalf and up to what limit, checked before Folio settles anything against it.

Good for: Proving what a specific agent is currently allowed to spend. Not good for: Holding or moving money itself, that's Folio's job.

It's a scoped permission, not a place money sits: this agent, acting for this person, up to this amount, for this kind of purchase, current until it's revoked or it expires. A business's own systems never need to trust an agent's word for any of that; the Wallet is what gets checked instead.
