# What is a buyability check?

> A quick, honest read on whether an AI agent could complete a booking or purchase with a business today, checked against its real, current facts.

## In short

- A buyability check tests whether an agent could complete a purchase, not just whether it might mention you.
- It's a standalone, no-commitment starting point, not part of a sales process.

Good for: A fast, no-commitment first read on where a business stands. Not good for: A full readiness audit. It's a starting number, not a complete picture.

It's narrower than a general "AI visibility" check. Being mentioned by an assistant isn't what it measures. What it measures is narrower: whether the specific facts an agent needs, availability, terms, price, exist somewhere it can check them. A business can run one at any point without committing to anything further; what it gets back is a starting number, not a sales pitch.

## Not good for
